Position Overview 

Middleware engineering organization is currently seeking one Middleware development technical lead to lead the development of “Middleware and Database self-provisioning” web portal. The hired candidate will lead a group of development resources to develop application using Java, JSP, Servlet, J2EE and Grails in Apache and Tomcat platform. 

•Lead Middleware engineering development team to create Self provisioning application similar to Amazon AWS. 
•Expert in web technologies such as Java, Struts, Grails, Services Oriented Architectures, and MVC frameworks.
•Hands on working knowledge with a high level object-oriented programming language is highly desirable. 
•In depth understanding of industry best practices, legacy browser challenges and emerging technologies will set this candidate apart. 
•This candidate should lead group of developers, generating ideas, designing solutions and building them. 
•The team works closely with our business stakeholders so effective coding skills, verbal and written communication is a necessity. 
•Knowledge of SharePoint 
•Work with stake holders to provide delivery schedule meeting customer satisfaction. 


Required Skill: 
•15+yrs of strong coding experience in Java, JSP, Servlet, J2EE, Grails and Java Script. 
•Experience in leading large group of developers 
•Excellent Java coding skills. 
•Experience on Groovy / Grails 
•Development of SharePoint applications is a plus 
•Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology
