·         SME with experience in implementing Apache Solr

·         Architecture, Design & Engineering

·         The expert should be driving the Allstate Team in Architecture and Design, and not brainstorming with them

·         Architecture of Search using Apache Solr

·         Capacity Planning

·         Infrastructure requirements

·         Breaking point of search (Important)

·         Latency of Search

·         Update Index and Sharding ? How to update, when to update,

·         Governances

·         Operational

·         Operational Readiness

·         Monitoring Tools

·         Failover and Failback strategy ? DR Planning
