Location: Des Moines, IA

Duration: 6+ months

Rate::$30/hr. on C2C

 

Face to face

Required skills:

 

·         High School Diploma       Required                             

·         Experience as a data entry operator or entry level systems programmer               Required             2              Years

·         Ability to follow manual work around instructions and step by step processes. Attention to detail is a must.                Required             2              Years

·         Ability to prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.                Required             2                Years

·         Ability to enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format. Required             2              Years

·         Ability to maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques, policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and procedures         Required             2              Years

·         Ability to document and report test outputs       Required             2              Years

·         Ability to process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies    Required             2                Years

·         Ability to resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.     Required             2              Years
