Location   : Virginia Beach, VA

Interview : Telephonic + Skype

Rate $50/Hr / Only H1B

Required/Must Have:

1.            3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst

2.            5 + years of business or consulting experience in the Healthcare space, with a focus on health insurance

3.            Eliciting requirements, organizing and formulating requirement artifacts including process flows, use cases.

4.            Estimating, planning, monitoring deliverables and  timelines.

5.            Simplifying requirements and translating into established documentation standards.

6.            Good communication skills and ability to explain complex constructs in a lucid fashion

7.            Analyze Requirements and recommend solutions.

8.            Creates and maintains Application Profile

9.            Creates data flows, UI, PRPC properties.

10.          Creates and managers Use Cases

11.          Support the development of process descriptions, functional requirements and specifications during facilitated workshops and 

               meetings with the  business users and stakeholders

12.          Coordinate the various tasks between onsite / offshore

13.          Collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams. Conducting reviews and obtaining sign-offs.

1.                Pega Certification Required- CPBA

2.                Pegasystems-BPM and Rules Tools 

3.                Pegasystems-Business Process Activity Monitoring

4.                Pegasystems-Business Process Analysis

5.                Pegasystems-Business Process Execution

6.                Pegasystems-PegaRULES Process Commander
