Title: Salesforce Architect/Manager

Location: Cincinnati OH

Job Type: Contract

 

Summary
We are seeking Salesforce.com Cloud Professionals to work with the business process and development teams.

• Design, implement and deploy Salesforce.com Cloud applications to a wide variety of clients at the enterprise level
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com application, data migration, and integration capabilities
• Ability to uncover business requirements, develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements

 
 
Key Responsibilities may include:

• Providing solution leadership and guidance
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing detailed end to end functional designs for business solution components and prototypes

• Facilitating iterative working sessions
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities - onshore and offshore
• Planning and execution of data conversion activities (e.g., test data)

 
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years Salesforce.com implementation experience
• 3+ years of requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap Analysis
• Salesforce.com Sales Cloud implementation experience
• Salesforce.com Service Cloud implementation experience
• Force.com implementation experience
• Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant)
• Customer relationship management (service, marketing and/or sales)
• Agile experience
