Should be well versed with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE), agile techniques like BDD, TDD etc.
Needs to have good exposure to specific tools used in Agile projects eg. Rally, Version One etc.
Metrics Management in Agile - product/sprint backlog, sprint velocity, Burn Down charts etc.
Resource Management Technical requirement for 'Manual Testing' testing techniques, type of testing, test strategy, test planning.
Drive & develop service offerings for Agile testing.
