Financial Business Analyst with ACH and Credit Card experience

One Financial BA is needed for service support on the Credit Card Component C02607 and On-Line Bill Payment Component C01073. This includes all aspects of service work dealing with HPSM incidents escalted to third level support and recovering from system outages. These are critical components for Client payment processing and involve 24x7 coverage and high availability requirements in support of our sales channel. Working directly with the service desk coordinators and application developers on recovering outages is required and may involve after hours work. In addition to HPSM service tickets, this analyst will assist with researching out-of-balance situations on the Merchant Clearing Account and working closely with Treasury Services on corrective action needed to keep the account in balance each month. The resource will be added to the existing service teams for these components and be part of the change record production checkout rotation, which requires weekend activity several times per year. Due to the unique payment processing error situations that are escalated to third level support, extensive knowledge of Client's ACH and Credit Card payment processing is required. Also, knowledge of the Insurance Bill Payment system on SF.com and Suspense system processing is required.
