Position: Senior Java Developer

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 6 months contract to hire

 

Job Description:

• 5+ years' experience with high volume Java applications
• Expertise in middle layer Internet technologies and environments
• Extensive experiences with software development of system interfaces
• Detailed knowledge of web services methodologies
• Middle tier application servers (Apache/Tomcat/JBoss)
• Experience with Maven, Apache Camel, Apache CXF, Jax-WS, Jax-RS, Jackson – Spring framework a plus
• Data Modeling
• Experience with hotel central reservation systems, global distribution systems (GDS) and alternative distribution systems (ADS) a plus
• Knowledge of OTA (Open Travel Alliance) / HTNG (Hotel Technologies) specifications preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• OWASP and secure coding techniques.
