RELEVANT QUANTITATIVE DATA:
· This is a global role within the IM Delivery function to be responsibility for operational delivery of both demand and projects based on Business requirements and according to agreed SLA's. Consultative approach with business process knowledge and the ability to translate requirements into solutions specifications is a key to this role. Able to communicate to all levels in a technical and non-technical fashion.
JD:
· This is a stakeholder facing operational delivery position requiring an understanding of the overall Rexam Business and strong functional process knowledge to which the role is aligned. The role requires an ability to consult clearly, determine requirements and advise the Business stakeholders on the respective merits of solutions. This requires a customer focus ethic, good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels within the Business sectors.
· Each Business Process Analyst requires visibility of each Business sectors long range plans in order to proactively suggest potential Business Process improvements with related solutions in line with strategy. Ability to translate Business requirements into IM specifications and then prioritize and execute the solution either directly or overseeing other resources.
· Liaison with the Rexam PMO to ensure proper, correct and timely updates and allocations of demands in the Clarity application to allow effective resource management with the ability to plan demand according to delivery dates.
· Each Business Process Analyst has an obligation to fully understand the Demand and Change Management Processes, associated SLA's and to ensure that these processes along with related IM Standards and Procedures are adhered to within the Delivery area in order that Business risk is minimised in relation to the successful deployment of demand. To produce complete, meaningful and easy to understand high level estimates based on demand requests that can be fed back to the Business.
· To communicate the status of demand and project requests effectively to the BRD and IM communities and agree delivery dates. Ongoing communication on status changes is also important.
· To ensure hand off of completed demand delivery to the appropriate Support function in order that ongoing support of deployed solutions is handled in the correct manner from both a Business and IM perspective, therefore minimizing Business impact.

SKILLS

· Proven understanding of Electronic Data Interchange technologies (EDI)
· Responsible for development and testing of electronic transactions, Supports end-user, operations, and management in analysing business processes/operational data and in developing, designing, and testing system changes based on Customer requirements
· Provides subject matter expertise for EDI transactions in
· In depth knowledge and experience of SAP PI - essential
· Good understanding of SharePoint, Portals, SAP PI, PPM and other Business Intelligence platforms
· Ability to consult with Senior stakeholders to discuss, negotiate and agree solutions
· Ability to document Business processes and lead Business process reviews
· Ability to document defined solutions
· Proven Team player skills
· MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Visio and MS Project
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Ideally educated to degree level
• Excellent communications skills to include fluency in English - both written and verbal
• Experience of working at a strategic and or consultative level
• Ability to work as part of a team or alone
• IT experience in a global operations environment
• ITIL and Prince2 Foundation – Desirable
• Completed SAP PI accredited training
