Location: Miami FL or Remote

 

Looking for an experienced Tendermint engineer to review existing deployment strategy for our blockchain protocol and provide an outline (with potential alternatives) for a scalable production Tendermint deployment of our blockchain.

  

Focus areas are

1) seeding,

2) onboarding and offboarding of validator nodes,

3) sentry nodes, and

4) applicability of Tendermint to validator staking.

 

Required experience:

Designing and deploying large-scale Tendermint-based blockchain systems

Locations: Charlotte, NC/San Francisco, CA/ Chandler, AZ (REMOTE till COVID and ONSITE at these 3 Locations post that, pl confirm which location candidate will prefer post covid if he/she is Non-Local out of all locations)

Job Description:

• Minimum of 5 years of Hands-on experience on Building and Developing system and services using Java/J2EE Framework; Spring MVC
• Expert in GIT, maintaining GIT branches, merging codes and branches.
• Expert in feature documentation and release notes for every release.
• Experience in Jenkins and Udeploy, and reporting
• Can communicate with technical leads and other release coordinator across multiple teams and verify the release deliverables
• Identify and co-ordinate assembly of software modules pertaining to a release.
• Co-ordinate with development and testing teams and certify releases to QA environment
• Prepares Release notes, installation and troubleshooting documents and participates in operational reviews
