Required Skills:

• Product Manager and Client Advisor for Analytics Platform for Digital Customer Retention and Sales increases.
• Functional but able to lead technologists to implement and measure use case results.
• Entrepreneurial and Innovative problem solver able to present to and consult with Digital marketing Executives and advise them on customer retention or sales increase use case – required. 
• Digital Customer Retention – Utilizing Website offers/ads, Personalized Offers, emails, Support, Digital Marketing, ecommerce – at least some required
• Offer Personalization through AI – nice to have
• Telecom or Cable TV industry – very nice to have
• Skilled in Presenting to Executives – Required
• Creates digital strategies for customer retention and sales increases – required
• Develops Use Cases for customer retention or sales increases -required
• Able to lead technologists / data professionals to implement and measure Use Cases increases in retention or Sales – some experience required

 

Examples of Use Case experience (not all required)

• ML driven Personalization of cell phone and Cable TV offers
• Call Volume Reduction: Predictive & prescriptive analytics to determine propensity to call (PTC)
• ML based intent classification for retail stores
• Behavioral analytics for targeted and personalized visitor routing
• Churn analytics enablement in call centers
• Movers predictive models – Digital analytics
