JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrate expertise related to database architecture, application development, design, development and functionality of Salesforce.com
Understand business requirements; prepare functional specifications and technical design documents and develop as per the design.
Solve complex system problems through research and technical analysis.
Provide monitoring and operational support for production issues.
Effectively work with vendor and external partner support services to obtain solutions and/or workarounds that are acceptable to business operations.
Provide practical, workable and complete solutions to business partners and end-users of the system.
Demonstrate ability to leverage out-of-box features and functionalities, and avoid customizations to best possible extent.
Write Technical Designs and Develop custom objects to help support project requirements.
Be involved at the architectural level to ensure best practices and standards are in place specifically around CRM Development and systems integration.
Work closely with other technical teams (applications and infrastructure) to ensure solutions are operational and performing as designed.
Lead and manage testing efforts to ensure the solutions meet the business need and are working as designed.
Required Skills:
8 plus years of strong Technical (70%) and Functional (30%) experience on Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
Ideal candidate must have solution architecture, design, development and support experience on Salesforce.com system for globally distributed sales, marketing and customer support organizations.
Must have at least one full lifecycle implementation and/or upgrade experience on Salesforce.com system.
Sound experience with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Support functionalities with in-depth understanding of overall technical architecture of Salesforce.com (Administration, Data Model, API, Visualforce, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components, REST & SOAP Web Services, SOQL, Process Builders, Flows, Apex Data Loader, etc).
Experience with data migration projects and utilizing ETL solutions (e.g., Informatica, Talend, etc.). Expertise in data extraction, transformation and data loading techniques.
Data Integration between multiple systems, as well as data integration technologies. We prefer candidate who has integrated Salesforce.com with ERP applications like Oracle eBusiness Suite in the areas of Master Data and/or Quote to Order process automation.
Experience with developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and in Wave/TableauCRM Analytics
Sound knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts in SQL Server and Oracle databases
Technical Project Management experience highly preferred
SalesForce.com certification in one or more areas of Administration / Implementation / Development is a plus
