Requirement Details

Role: Automation Test Lead Engineer 

Work Location:  Orlando, Florida (Hybrid role)(Need Locals or Nearby)

Education and Experience required:

Should have 7+ years' experience in Test Automation experience in the areas of web, mobile using Selenium.

Should have Core Java scripting experience.

Good hands-on experience in CICD, Build & Deploy tools like Jenkins, Maven & ANT.

Must be able to bring in maintainability, reusability and have good utilities for better optimization.

Must be able to identify flaws code & framework and enhance it

Must have good understanding of End-End automation process including provisioning, environment setup, auto start testing until deployment.

Ability to handle BDD/TDD, data driven, keyword driven automations, also have good understanding of the frameworks.

Experience can include building Automation Scripts, Debugging, Execution, Results analysis, Defect reporting, etc.

Has the ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant and assist with detailed automation design tasks.

Has a very good knowledge / experience of the Software Test life cycle, Defect management, Configuration management and release management processes

Has helped the managers in defining the automation strategy and estimations by providing necessary inputs.

Must be able to build efficient database queries (such as Oracle PL/SQL)

Experience in processing web applications from Software Requirements Specification Documentation in JIRA

Experience in working Integrated development tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ and build tools such as Maven.

Good experience with usage and configuration of GIT, ALM, Jenkins and JIRA

Should have experience with HP ALM including the Test Plan, Test Lab, Runs, and Defect modules.

Excellent in Oral, written communication

Experience in working with Geographically Dispersed Teams

Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers

 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree [Technology preferred] and equivalent work experience.
