Snowflake Sr. Developer / Architect

Spring Texas (Locals Needed ) 

The Snowflake Architect Should Develop analytics based solutions that produce quantitative and qualitative business insights. Work with partners as necessary to integrate systems and data quickly and effectively, regardler of technical challenges or business environments

• Lead effort to design, build n configure applications, acting as primary POC.
• Snowflake Architecture Experience in designing and architecting Snowflake projects. Expertise in Snowflake Data Modeling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing stored procedures and standard owHEtt conssets:
• Own end to end RFP or RFI or Proactive proposals, client presentations n solution workshop. Contribute in area i.e. estimation, building Povs, offerings development, training and capability building.
• Client facing role in term of running solution workshops, client visits, handled large RFP pursuits n managed multiple stakeholders.
• Clear understanding of Snowflakes advanced concepts like virtual warehouses, guery performance using micro partitions and pruning, zero copy clone, time travel, resource monitors n security control methods including

network. data, role based etc

He should be proficient with data platform architecture, design, data dictionaries, multi-dimensional models, objects, star and snowflake schemas as well as structures for data lakes, data science and data warehouses usi Snowflake. Responsibilities will also include technical delivery review, resolution of architecture issues and for the migration of the existing on-premises application to AWS/Azure Snowflake platform.

• Demonstrate expertise in Snowflake data modeling and ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored procedures and best practices with data warchouse and ET concepts.
• Deploy fully operational data warehouse solutions into production on Snowflake
• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architectur
• Perform project management activities including project documentation, business requirements and project tracking
• Snowflake SQL Writing SQL queries against Snowflake Developing scripts Unix, Python, etc to do Extract, Load, and Transform data
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities such as SnowS@L, SnowPipe, Python, Tasks, Streams, Time travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.

In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS, ETL concept and modeling structure principles

• Experience in Data warehousing - OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, Facts, and Data modeling.
• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.
• Good working knowledge of any ET tool
