Duration        :  12+ months

 

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management consulting, preferably using FreshService ITSM software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM principles and practices.
• Proficient in FreshService ITSM software configuration, customization, administration, and usage.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions that meet the business needs and goals of the clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Resource got to be in the US and ready to travel to Troy, MI when needed.

 

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the business requirements and objectives of the clients and design IT solutions using FreshService ITSM software.
• Implement, configure, and customize FreshService ITSM processes, workflows, and features to optimize IT service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the clients and their IT teams on how to use FreshService ITSM effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and quality of the IT services and solutions delivered by FreshService ITSM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to FreshService ITSM software or its integration with other systems or applications.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in IT service management and FreshService ITSM software.
• Experience with integrations between FreshService and partner organization's ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow.

 

Nice to have:

• Experience managing MSP onboarding and delivery solution design and implementation.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledgebase management skills.
