Java Technical Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Onsite on day 1 in St. Louis, MO

  CTH after 6 months  

Onsite on Day 1 | Locale Candidates will be Prioritized | Contract to hire

 

 

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

• J2EE/Webservices Technologies (EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP)
• Web Services (Soap, RPC), STRUTS
• SOA Architecture and SPRING
• Experienced in Data and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Integration applications (Mulesoft, EDI)
• GenAI and AI related expertise is preferred.

 

Role/Responsibilities:

 

• ·Develop Technical and Project plans, schedule reviews, solves problems.
• Works with  Offshore, Onsite team members in problem solving across multiple systems and technologies, guide and coach them until permanent solution is derived and delivered.·
• Identifies necessary infrastructure for computer systems to be designed and integrated by coming up with requirements for information, determining the tools, technology.
• Keeps job knowledge current by taking part in any workshops, professional organizations or other educational opportunities, networking and reading publications in the industry.
• Strengthens company reputation by claiming responsibility for completing any new requests and crafting ways to increase the value of these accomplishments.
• Challenges any poor technical solutions that exists and come-up with ideas for modernisation, improvements.
• Works hands-on, shows and build solutions that demonstrates capabilities and skills; coaches next level team members and guide them.
