Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid role

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & E-commerce Analyst

(Temporary) during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will be responsible for

managing key B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring flawless execution of digital

campaigns, and maintaining continuity across multiple projects and platforms. This is a

hands-on role ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a keen eye

for detail, and experience in e-commerce and digital marketing operations

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

B2C Marketing Support

 

- Conduct weekly competitive analysis of AutoZone, Napa, and O'Reilly e-commerce sites

and compile and present promotional analysis compared to our current promotional

offerings.

- Assist in proofing digital assets for accuracy against internal team member documentation.

- Validate weekly stage props to ensure correct onsite promotional assets and content

updates.

- Audit key AAP e-commerce journeys, and competitive analysis of like journeys, and

provide actionable optimization recommendations.

- Participate in key project meetings, creative kick-offs, and roll-over planning sessions.

- Oversee the Content Hub in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

- Support development of new landing pages to support marketing and other key ecommerce initiatives.

- Utilize AI tools to generate content as needed.

- Create and manage QR codes for DIY campaigns.

- Facilitate URL redirects and submit JIRA tickets for front-end updates and asset changes.

 

B2B Marketing Support

- Review promotional roll-over assets for accuracy against internal team member

documentation.

- Validate landing pages and espot updates on MyAdvancePro per the marketing release

schedule.

- Ensure proper roll-over of APRO/CQPRO espots based on rotation schedules.

- Attend relevant project and creative meetings.

 

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Experience with content management systems, JIRA and Salesforce.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and B2B/B2C marketing strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and opportunities.

- Proficient in Excel and PowrPoint

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the automotive aftermarket or retail industry.

- Proficiency in analyzing digital journeys and user experience optimization.

- Experience with Google Analytics for reporting
