Oracle APEX Developer/Programmer
Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite, Contract)
Interview: In-person required
Pay: $60-65/hr on C2C max
Mandatory video screening for Document verification
***Candidates with prior state government expeirence will get first preference***
Required Skills:
6+ years Enterprise Oracle APEX development
Expert in SQL & PL/SQL (secure & performant coding)
Strong knowledge of Oracle DB (12c/19c+)
Advanced APEX components: Interactive Grids, REST-enabled SQL, dynamic actions, plug-ins, responsive design, JS integration
Integration with RESTful services, JSON, AJAX, and JavaScript
Application security frameworks, encryption, and compliance best practices
SSO integrations (Entra ID / Azure AD)
GitHub, GitOps, DevOps-driven automation
Excellent client-facing communication
Preferred Skills:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI, ExaCC)
CI/CD pipelines, GitOps
Custom APEX plug-ins, BI Publisher / Oracle Analytics Cloud
Compliance frameworks (CIPA, FERPA, HIPAA)
