 We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in high-value payments and ISO 20022 CBPR standards. The candidate will analyze business requirements, enhance payment processes, and drive the adoption of ISO 20022 for high-value transactions.

payments domain with BA and data analysis
5plus years of experience in banking and financial services industry preferably payments
experience with data management processes tools and applications including data cataloging process mapping handling data quality issues and lineage tool sets.
experience in data profiling and writing SQL queries
experience as business DATA analysis, business analysis or system analysis.
Hands on experience on CLEARING & SETTLEMENTS OF PAYMENTS between banks
PACS.008 (transfer funds from a debtor's account to a creditor's account between 2 FI) o PACS.009 (FI Credit Transfer) o PACS.004(Payment Return) o PACS.009COV (FI 'Cover'  Credit Transfer)

 

 The client is very specific about the candidate having worked in the Payments domain and having exposure to "High Value" Payments

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Solid understanding / work exposure on Payments and ISO MX messages.
• ISO defined values for Settlement Method, for pacs.008.
• Gather and document business requirements related to high-value payment systems.
• Analyze workflow and identify areas for improvement.
• Exposure on MX pacs.008/pacs.009 Messages
• Knowledge in difference between pacs.002 vs pacs..004
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement ISO 20022 CBPR standards.
• Support testing and validation of payment solutions.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Exposure to US payments processing FedWire, CHIPS.
• Knowledge of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 payment messaging format
