Job Description:
Detailed JD: Lead the database migration effort, ensuring a like-to-like transition from Sybase to SQL Server with a focus on performance, scalability, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute migration scripts and stored procedures.
• Optimize SQL Server schema, indexing, and partitioning.
• Validate data integrity and performance post-migration.
• Collaborate with application and ETL teams for seamless integration.
• Document database changes and support production cutover
Experience level:
8+ years in SQL development and database administration.
Hands-on experience with Sybase ASE and SQL Server.
