Job Description:-

Business Analyst for Company specific applications, with these skills:

Requirements documentation including BRDs, FRDs, acceptance criteria, swimlane diagrams, user stories, AS-IS / TO-BE flows.

Project execution support including project management framework documentation, requirements gathering, UAT support.

Understanding of system integrations including APIs.

Knowledge of these systems a plus:  Salesforce, etc.

Tools: Jira, Visio, Excel.

Soft skills: clear, structured communication.  Asking the right questions.  Analytical and systems thinking and comfortable with ambiguity.  Attention to detail without missing the big picture.

 

Skills Matrix:-

Total work experience in IT Industry: Years

Total work experience in USA: Years

Business Analyst: Years

BRDs, FRDs: Years

system integrations including APIs: Years

Salesforce: Years
