- Production support & incident management experience

- IBM MQ on OpenShift / Kubernetes
- Cloud experience (AWS / Azure)
- WebSphere Application Server integration
- Observability tools (Splunk, Datadog)
- Automation & scripting expertise
Certifications (Preferred)
- IBM Certified System Administrator – MQ
- Red Hat OpenShift Certification
- Cloud Certifications (AWS preferred)
