Job Summary:
We are seeking a Platform / Cloud Engineer to join our team! This role will work closely with architects, tech leads, cloud and DevSecOps teams to design, implement, and support cloud and platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with solid experience in cloud technologies, server environments, CI/CD pipelines, and production support.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with design, estimation, and architecture planning
- Work with senior engineers and managers on technical execution
- Coordinate requirements for network, storage, capacity, and security
- Provide troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support
- Maintain documentation (install guides, playbooks, runbooks)
- Participate in implementation planning and monitoring setup
- Partner with DevSecOps and Cloud teams on best practices
- Build strong relationships with support and platform teams
📌 Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years in software engineering or IT roles
- Experience with Windows architecture, SQL Server, Linux
- Exposure to cloud architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with databases: SQL, Oracle, DB2
✅ Desired / Preferred Skills:
- Agile / SAFe / Kanban experience
- Experience with application & infrastructure delivery
- Experience deploying/configuring server & middleware software
- Banking or financial services industry experience
