Role Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead (IICS), you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and delivering high-performance data integration and analytics solutions leveraging Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and supporting technologies. You will partner with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams to ensure scalable ETL implementation, robust data pipelines, and effective data analysis outcomes that drive critical business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy
Lead technical design and implementation of scalable data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), focusing on Data Fabric and ETL workflows.
Translate business and data requirements into effective ETL architectures with high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Define best practices around IICS metadata management, task flows, mappings, and data transformation logic.
Mentor and guide a team of developers and engineers in day-to-day technical tasks, code reviews, and solution delivery.
ETL & Integration Development
Design, develop, optimize, and support ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading across various enterprise systems.
Architect and develop data ingestion and data federation workflows that support hybrid multi-cloud environments and on-prem sources.
Ensure implementation of data quality, lineage, governance, and data security standards throughout integration pipelines.
Python & Data Analysis
Use Python to script automation, build reusable components, perform complex data transformations, and support data integration tasks.
Conduct data profiling, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting of complex data issues across pipelines.
Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to perform data analysis and support downstream reporting needs.
