Storage Based Replication Solution:
IBM Global Mirroring using SVC L3
3Par Remote Copy   L2
Hitachi Replication   L2
Flash Copy using SVC   L3  
Hitachi Shadow Image   L2
EMC SRDF    L2
EMC BCV    L2
         
SAN Devices:
Brocade Switch   L3
Cisco Switch    L3

Management Tools:  
TPC     L2
Cisco Fabric Manager   L2
Hitachi HiCommand Suite  L2
Scripting    L2
       
Operating System/Application Knowledge:
Unix Level skills in reference to storage (multipath software, listing disks, Disk Groups/Volume Group etc)
Understanding of application/database in reference to storage (Oracle/DB2).
