Job Description:
• Min 2 years as a Sr Technical Recruiter to recruit Engineering and IT talent, through job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company.
• Should be required to work closely with our Sales and gathering the requirements from prime vendors / Clients , search the candidates, negotiating the rates with the candidates, coordinate interviews, and any other assistance needed for a successful start and completion of the project.
• 2-6 years of experience as a consulting environment for searching and recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates, signing agreements and closing the opportunities.
