Duration:  12+ months

Rate:        UP TO $80/hr

Under the direction of the Manager of Web Administration, the successful candidate will provide technical expertise in maintenance and support of SharePoint platforms. Candidate will be responsible for responding to tickets for user issues as well as on going tasks as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:
*Work break/fix issues to resolution
*Assist in troubleshooting of various issues in Sharepoint
*Provide technical direction to other team members
*Coordinate development efforts with the development teams
*Evangelize best practices to other team members
*Regularly communicate with management, customers, and technical teams

Experience Required:
*8+ years of Web/Portal related information technology experience
*5+ years of experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft SharePoint
*4+ years of experience troubleshooting web based application issues
*4+ years of experience with advanced SharePoint workflows, forms, and web parts
*Experience and knowledge of multiple SharePoint versions beginning with WSS 3.0
*Experience creating, modifying, and supporting web based platforms and solutions

Skills Required:
*SharePoint site administration and web part configuration
*SharePoint Designer and ASP.NET Master Page configuration
*Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in the Sharepoint environment
*Expert understanding of SharePoint architecture

Experience Preferred
*4+ years of experience with enterprise search and search engine optimization
*2+ years of experience with SharePoint Enterprise, including Infopath, Excel, Visio, and PerformancePoint services
*Experience with CorasWorks web parts

Skills Preferred
*Web Content management and search engine optimization
*Web Development technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, AJAX, and SQL Server
*Experience with third-party SharePoint tools such as AvePoint, Bamboo, Control Point, etc

Education Preferred
*Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, 14 years of related experience
