Job Title: Mainframe (Assembler) Programmer

Location :Atlanta, GA.
Duration:10 months contract  

Interview on Phone

 Required Skills:

Analyze Assembler code specifically for business rules extraction
Leverage extraction tools to successfully extract and analyze code
Applies technical knowledge and skills necessary to document business functions from code
Assists in providing estimates of work effort and impact of projects and tasks. 
Must have extremely strong skills in analysis and troubleshooting, teamwork, and communication
Must have proven management skills and an ability to work under tight timelines while still producing quality results 
5+ years of hands on experience in Assembler, specifically with building and maintaining legacy systems on mainframes
5+ years' experience in the telecommunications industry 
3+ years' experience in Assembler code specifically for business rules extraction
Experience in using extraction tools such as EvolveWare
Strong knowledge of telecom billing functions (including: Rating, Invoicing, Payments, Treatment, Taxation, Contract Management and other Billing functions) and systems
