MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field and 3+ years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered 

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENT:

Experience must include the following: Developing and/or testing Soap/XML/Rest and Java/Junit and Java based applications;
