Job Description:  

Responsibilities:

·         Manage existing Active Directory 2003, 2008 and 2012 infrastructure

·         Lead the design, implementation and support of a highly available multi-domain Active Directory infrastructure

·         Design and manage the migration from a series of non-trusted domains to an integrated forest while maintaining uptime requirements for existing environments

·         Operate domains locally as well as overseas across slow WAN links

·         Develop, define and publish best practices and processes for all AD infrastructures

·         Document infrastructure configuration and maintenance procedures

·         Train offshore staff on general maintenance procedures and troubleshooting

·         Adhere to existing change management procedures and coordinate all activities with CAB and IT staff

·         Participate in security design/planning surrounding AD and roll out defined security standards

 

Primary Skills/Must Have:

·         Extensive experience in Microsoft Active Directory including operations and design

·         Experience administering Active Directory with multiple domains and forests

·         5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS)

·         5 years’ experience in Windows Server 2012/2008

·         Power Shell scripting for infrastructure maintenance activities

·         Understanding of ITIL principles, practices and processes

·         General understanding of basic IT components (server infrastructure, Hyper-v, networking)
