Looking for Java Software Engineer====Contract to Hire=======Need GC and Citizens=====F2F

Dallas, TX ( In person interview)

6 months contract to hire

Pay rate is $Low

 

Title: Java Software Engineer

Main Duties:  Development of distributed applications used for analytical purposes in the mobile broad band industry.  The candidate must have the ability to work comfortable amongst several technologies and programming languages which integrate with Java. It is a requirement to have a background consisting of a major amount of Java but not a requirement to have experience in all the languages that are in play, but the candidate must exhibit an eagerness to learn those technologies they do not have exposure to.

 

 

Preferred Background:

M.S. / B.S. Degree in computer science or engineer-related discipline Good understanding of software project development life-cycles, i.e. waterfall vs. agile7+ years of development experienceExcellent problem solving s

Experience implementing statistical data solutions or data mining algorithms is a plus

Knowledge of the Telecom industry is a plus

 

 

Preferred Technical Background:

Java Experience with Spring or the Spring Framework

Ability to integrate Java applications with applications written in other programming languages.

Proven Experience with Object Oriented JavaScript is a must

Any experience in the following a PLUS:

Groovy, Ruby, NodeJS, CoffeScript, NoSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Objective-C

Linux experience, preferably Redhat Enterprise or CentOS

Experience in Oracle or other relational databases

Version control system experience (CVS, SVN, Git)
