[xrecnet] Security Engineer

Security Engineer

Location: Weehawken, NJ or Stamford, CT

Duration: 6+ Months

 

We have a need for a couple of Security Engineers to work in Weehawken, NJ or Stamford, CT.  We can look for folks who are a well rounded Security Engineer/Administrator.  Person will be working mainly on the UNIX side and please note that this is NOT an UNIX Admin role.

 

 

- Strong experience designing / architecting solutions.

- Experience performing vendor product proof-of-concepts and detailed evaluation.

- Document installation, operations guides and user manuals for various products.

- Working knowledge of some of the following: DLP, anti-malware, vulnerability management and identification technologies, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems.

- UNIX/Linux packaging + deployment knowledge. (This is more of a must than a plus)
