Position : QA Project Manager (12+Years)

Location : Chicago,IL

Duration : 6+ Months

Job Description:-

• Overall experience of 12+ years and Testing Management experience of 5+ and who has managed large team size (30+)
  
• US Client management experience of more than 3+ years.
  
• Experience in Data Centric, Performance, Analytics etc…and who can manage multiple projects concurrently
  
• Excellent client management skills (Communication, Accurate Reporting, Thought leadership, Innovative ideas, Value adds & Process Improvements)
  
• Excellent people management skills (Need to guide, mentor, address people issues, cross train, KT) for onshore and work closely with offshore PM for ensuring proper offshore team is formed
  
• Gel with Development Project managers, Client managers and have right participation with stake holder meeting
  
• Demand Management – Forecast, Manage existing resource pool, Ramp Ups
