Job Title: Business Analyst I Location: Rancho Cordova, CA/REMOTE Type: Contract Rate: $45/Hr on C2C/1099 Maxx Job Description: Detailed Description • Analyzing enrollee and dentist survey responses to identify themes and trends. • Reporting significant feedback to management • Generating reports/spreadsheets regarding survey feedback, comments and trends • Attending weekly team meetings to report on survey activity • Aligning market research software to match the templates of multiple recurring questionnaires • Coordinating related projects with necessary stakeholders and internal partners Skills/Experience: Job Requirements • BS/BA + minimum of 2 years experience in research analysis, business analysis, or data analysis is required OR • Experience managing and performing in-depth analytics including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend analysis are required, including using advanced Excel and other statistical and analytics solutions • Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal skills and team player Required Skills: MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle) with strong excel skills.
