Working as part of the information security office within the IT department at Skechers, the GRC analyst will be responsible for leading the day to day IT compliance, data governance, and IT risk management functions. The role will in clude primary responsibility for defining, creating, and managing IT and organizational policies and standards in support of legal and regulatory compliance needs as well as general IT and organizational information security practices.

Job description # Adept at understanding the overall security threat landscape and proposing solutions to mitigate risks from this environment. # Must have an excellent understanding of tools and processes used to strengthen information security post ure (Infrastructure Security devices # IDS IPS, FW, VPN, DLP etc. SIEM, Threat Hunting, Security automation, Vulnerability Scanning tools, and host-based security systems, ISO 27001 controls etc.) # Ability to work with the virtual teams # Must be a n intelligent, articulate, and persuasive individual who can effectively advise senior client security leadership # Should be able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff and drive security acros s multiple teams # Translate industry best practices into client policies and lead technical discussions around Cybersecurity # Responsible for researching, drafting, and driving process changes for policy and security solutions to better serve our c ustomers # Identify Cybersecurity capability enhancement ideas for continuous improvement. Prioritize and assign resources to support enhancement projects and special requests # Drive root cause analysis, debugging, support, and post-mortem analysis for cyber security incidents and service interruptions # Maintain situational awareness and keep current with Cybersecurity news and threat actor Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) # Work with team members to develop cybersecurity skillsets and achieve career goals # Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing cyber security landscape and drive the cyber security innovations maturity roadmaps with customer # Drive the cyber security operational reviews with the customer and act duly on the outcome in support of the cyber security team # Participate in the cyber security business review meeting and identify the opportunities for service improvements roadmaps to improve the security support services Skills & Qualifications # 13 years of relevant Cyber security experience # Experience supervising, managing or guiding technical teams # Ability to manage multiple projects and strategic priorities for the organization # Experience balancing various stakeholder expectations while mai.
