MANDATORY: Ex-Cisco

a) Strong skills-set in Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis, As-Is and To-Be definition of business processes

b) Strong data analysis skills to analyze and interpret data and provide recommendations and solutions.

c) Business/Functional Experience with Quoting and Ordering Services, Service Contracts, Install Base and related workflows.

d) Strong presentation skills to document, prepare and present to global stakeholders

e) Ability to interact with IT teams to drive requirements through Functional Spec phase, QA and Deployment.

f) Conduct Business Acceptance Testing and manage stakeholders during UAT

g) Ability to interact with business and IT Support teams to drive resolution to field cases

h) Ex Cisco
