Required Skills:

* Experience of the complete conversion lifecycle on at least one project as a developer

* Experience creating a conversion plan/strategy

* Ability to describe in detail the conversion process

* Experience converting into a COTS product and an Oracle database

* 2-3 years of experience with IBM DataStage

* 2-3 years of SQL experience

* Experience on a project that implemented with an Agile methodology

Basic qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work

* Experience Operating system such as Windows, IBM-AIX and Linux

* Hands-on experience with Web Application Development with HTML, CSS, XML, XSL, Java Script

Other qualifications:

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Willingness to lead and/or work in a team environment

* Willingness to travel
