Skills Required and Job Description:

The proposed Contractor(s) must meet the skills and experience listed below:  A.Required minimum qualifications include: 1)5 years' experience in Crystal Reports (within last 10 years) including implementing enterprise solutions for Crystal Reports 2)3 years' experience Oracle 11g 3)5 years Oracle PL/SQL 4)2 years' experience with communication (oral and written) with all levels of staff and team and mentoring skills demonstrated by the resume submitted 5)2 years' experience in creating user documentation and training skills demonstrated by the resume submitted 6)2 years' experience in utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle demonstrated by the resume submitted B.Desired qualifications include: 1)Current Oracle Certified Professional certification 2)Current Oracle Certified Master certification 3)1 year Clear Quest experience 4)1 year Clear Case experience 5)Experience using Oracle Toad software is desirable
