Sr. Automation QA Engineer (3 Positions)
Columbus, OH

Start Date: March 4^th

Overview:
Need Sr. Automation QA engineers with strong technical skills on automation tools,  to be able to identify regression test cases, identify re-usable business processes, automate test cases using  framework, execute automated regression suite, log defects and prepare test execution reports.
The candidate MUST have strong test automation experience using QTP, VB Script, extensive knowledge on designing frameworks   and also be able to work closely with the business analysts and development-teams to ensure their processes are fully tested in an Agile/Scrum environment.
The candidate will be responsible for developing test automation suite using Arsin's proprietary framework for QTP and tool set, understanding performance testing would be a plus. Off-shore coordination experience would be invaluable
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in creating automation framework and test automation regression suite.
3+ years of experience with QTP, VBScript.
3+ years as a Quality/Test Engineer (including defining and coding Test Cases)
3+ years of development with Java, C#, and .NET
Proficient with QTP, Selenium, Egg Plant, and/or other automation tools
Solid understanding of test automation best practices is required
Understands agile methodologies (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous Deployment)
Exposure to Agile and SCRUM development principles
Apply and improve the utilization of all software and hardware tools and assist in the creation of new automation testing and technique
 Assist with creation of testing automation software/scripts to improve performance and efficiencies
Researches, recommends and establishes best practices in manual and automated testing to encourage well-documented and reproducible testing results
Develop automated test suites to ensure quality standards
Mentor and oversee the work of other testing engineers
Work with Application Engineers to resolve anomalies
Experience with Oracle-EBS and  J2EE application.
Knowledge of GUI, API and Services testing
