Title        : BA with Trading Technology Experience

Location : NYC, NY

Duration : 6 months+ (Phone, Skype)

Description: Mandatory 

•5 years+ Business Analysis experience 

•Understanding Investment Bank technology environment and business processes 

•Working knowledge of all investment banking products – OTC Derivatives, Listed Derivatives, FX, Equity, Fixed Income 

•Awareness of Front-to-Back processing: trading, clearing, settlement, accounting, risk 

•Extensive experience of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation 

•Extensive experience of requirements management and planning 

•Extensive experience of Solution Assessment and Validation 

•Understanding of finance and regulatory landscape 

•Ability to understand differing processes and terminology in different markets 

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

•Understanding of development and implementation lifecycle and Analytical and problem solving skills 

•Ability to motivate others, drive working groups and resolve disagreements 

•Willing to work long hours if required to meet deadlines 

•This is a Credit Suisse Band 4 role, equating to SFIA level 5 / ISEB Professional level 

Desirable Skills 

•5+ years working experience in Fixed Income Markets 

•Experience of Requirements Management tools e.g. Blueprint, Polarion 

•Degree educated, or equivalent 

•ISEB, IIBA or IREB qualifications in Business Analysis e.g. ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, CBAP
