Responsible as a team member to migrate the global partner portal from
the existing portal technology to Liferay Portal.
Design and develop custom portlets, web services, and database layers
of the application.
Coordinate with QA and other technical teams located in offshore locations.
Skills/experience needed
* At least 5+ years of experience as a Java/JEE Developer with
2+years experience developing Java Portal applications to include:
* Knowledge of JSR 168, JSR 268
* Experience designing and developing portlets
* Experience with Liferay itself is a plus, but any other web portal software experience is acceptable
* Experience with Spring, MVC
* Experience with SOAP web services
* Experience with Eclipse
* Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment
* Experience writing queries (with either Oracle or SQL Server)

Client Overview
The client is currently implementing a new integrated tax system. The
solution is a combination of multiple Oracle technologies including
Oracle Policy Automation and ETPM. The project is a multi-phase and
multi-year implementation.
Job Description
We are looking for strong hands-on Unix System Administrator (IBM AIX)
to help implement large scale integration system.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Must have 4+ years hand-on experience with IBM AIX 5.x, 6.x
* Must have 3+ years hand-on experience with Windows 2003 and
Windows 2008 servers
* Must have 3+ years hand-on experience with system diagnosis
and troubleshooting such as storage I/O and network performance
* Have have 2+ years experience with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler
* Must have 2+ years hand-on experience with IBM Websphere
Server Administration and know how to utilize JACL or Jython to manage
Websphere Application Server
* Must have experience Windows (Batch, PowerShell), Unix and
Linux and Unix shell/Perl scripting
* Experience on large scale system integration project
* Must have experience working for a consulting organization or
in a consulting capacity
* Have knowledge or experience with Java compiler and Apache
Ant is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
* Education: BS, MS degree
