Business Intelligence Developer
· General Requirement
An experienced .Net and/or SSAS/OLAP Developer with good knowledge of VB.NET, C#, .NET and ASP.Net. The candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in developing professional internet, intranet and extranet sites based on a interactive ecommerce, highly transactional and commercially focused web applications. The candidate should also have proven experience in writing console application that run hands off in batch, plus strong experience of service oriented architectures, and strong SQL server and Oracle skills.
· Essential commercial experience
o Experience in SQL Development is a must
o ETL development using SSIS.
o VB C# / ASP.Net development and .NET Framework V2.0+
o Strong back end skills in console applications
o Proven experience of development using services oriented architectures
o DB: SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and Oracle
o SQL Server SQL & PL/SQL
o Strong knowledge of website development
o Microsoft .Net Developer toolset (VS2005 & VS2008)
o SSIS , Building Star database, SSAS - SSAS Cube , SSRS
o Working with business on defining reporting and OLAP cube requirements
o Some cube viewer experience (could be SSRS, Excel or other custom viewers)
o SQL Server developer, with DDL expertise, like creating tables, views, indices, etc.
o MS-SSAS developer for creating the data extracts, cube definition and population plus SQL server modeling skills for star schema
