Performance Testing

·     Load Runner

Must have excellent communication skill

Must be able to work independently with little guidance

Must be a "self starter" who can accept the assignment and get the job done.

Requirements:

·     Over 5  years experience as a "hands on" QA Analyst

·     Ability to function independently with little supervision

·     Ability to learn new systems and their business purpose within a short period of time

·     Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.

·     Some leadership experience desired.  The ability to "take the lead" in a group of peers to accomplish the project goals would be highly desirable.

·     Ability to function in a quick paced environment and be responsive to client needs.

·     2+ years of experience leading offshore resources (assigning work, monitoring progress, checking results).

·     Must have a working knowledge of databases, including relationships and hierarchy, to perform queries as part of testing criteria. Analyst must also develop an understanding of the business use of all applications.

·     Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance Process Methodology.

·     Bachelors Degree related to Information Technology

·     Financial Services application experience preferred.

·     Extensive experience with Quality Center

·     Some knowledge of Quick Test Pro would be helpful.

·     Some knowledge of Load Runner would be helpful.
