The job description is as follows:

· Software Design - using structured software development processes and methodologies

· Development Team Leadership Experience - working with an offshore team is a plus

· C#, .Net, Win forms and SQL experience working on a PC application versus as web application. Software engineering background rather than creating apps for IT/IS projects.
