Skills Needed:

Ability to work as lead QA on the project / create test plan Required 4 Years

Ability to create test strategy for 3rd party off the shelf (COTS) application Required 4 Years

Familiar with user requirements / able to create test cases for application requirements Required 4 Years

Good communication skills Required 4 Years

Able to work alone as QA resource Required 4 Years

Familiar with SharePoint as document and defect repository Required 4 Years
