Overall 8-9 years of experience – preferably in gaming industry; TCR manager would be 10-11 years; Test Lead would need to have 5-6 years of experience.)

 

 Job Requirements:

 

·         Interface with Client Certification teams on technical, project and business issues.

·         Works with Client in define Test Plans and Test Specifications for a test pass.

·         Work with company CORE team in Schedule and effort estimates to run a test pass.

·         Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

·         Oversee project governance cadence –o    Daily/ weekly status reportso    SLA adherenceo    Test Results and bug quality

·         Escalation management - Primary point of contact for technical, schedule and business escalations.

·         Drive weekly project stake holder meetings.

·         Manage multiple shifts and multiple concurrent test runs in HCL game test labs. Responsible for resource and personnel allocation and utilization.

·         Responsible for Quarterly business reviews on predefined performance indicators.

·         Project invoicing – Actual invoicing at the end of a test cycle.

·         Drive innovation and thought leadership. Demonstrate continuous pursuit for efficiency gain through process and test automation.

·         Preparing and sending out the weekly status report to the client and HCL managers.

·         To build consensus between all the stakeholders of the project

·         Quarterly business review on the predefined performance indicators.

·         Manage Game Test labs specialized responsibilities – security, game distribution, IT, chain of custody, procurement and business finance.
