Purpose of the role:
Business Analyst – For Mobility Projects (Wire Framing Experience)
General Skills:
•Excellent Communication skills
•Conduct Strategic business planning workshops
•Excellent Power Point skill to prepare and present to the Business Audience.
•As-Is and To-Be process mapping and conducted brown paper exercise with various business departments.
•Experience in guiding teams/workshop participants during seminar and various sessions.
•Assist in creation of seminar/workshop material.
•Post seminar data collection and analysis
•Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries supporting IT initiatives
Roles & Responsibilities:
This individual is responsible for the following functions:
•Experience in projects under Mobility area and/OR Web Development with exposure to Wireframing
•Interact with Project team and Business Representatives to understand the scope and purpose of the business process work stream.
•Collaborate with Business units and corporate teams’ to draw synergies during the workshop
•Provide oversight to ensure workshop/Seminar is successfully and smoothly run with all logistics planning and execution.
•Work closely with seminar/workshop sponsor.
•Prepare and Review seminar/workshop material.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate with individuals and groups at multiple levels across the organization.
•Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to guide colleagues though the workshop and seminar sessions.
•Must have a high degree of attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables and reviews.
•Must be self motivated and have the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum direction and to take responsibility for ensuring deliverables are produced to the required quality within timelines.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required and must have ability to openly communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•Must have excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Must have a high level of integrity.
•Ability to prioritize under pressure and have a sense of urgency.
•Committed to customer services and be able to go the extra yard to ensure customer requirements and timelines are met.
Education: A minimum of bachelors degree in life science or computer science with 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry
