Oracle EBS Consultant

Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6months

job Description:

·         6-7 Years of Experience of working on Oracle E Business 10g /11g. Exposure to at least five of the below entities

·         Service Contracts

·         Installed Base

·         Accounts Receivables

·         General Ledger

·         Sales Order and Order Line Items

·         Inventory

·         Purchasing

·         At least 3 years of prior experience in stakeholder management at client site

·         Ability to navigate Oracle E Business Application and participate in ?show and tell? sessions with

·         Customers to gather reporting requirements based on Oracle E Business User Interface screens

·         Ability to map Oracle E Business UI fields to database level tables and fields. Ability to create an

·         optimized sourcing query based on reporting fields and get user signoff on data

·         Adequate Oracle E Business functional understanding to explain OLTP ER diagrams with

·         operational processes

·         Awareness, flexibility and willingness to engage with and guide offshore team for regular  knowledge transfer and review of work

·         Ability and Prior Experience in conducting timely user reviews and obtain user signoffs for  deliverables

·         Prior experience in BI Design/Development will be a plus. Scope of work will include understanding the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise reporting functionalities for requirements gathering and reviewing for compliance before User Inspection. The person may

·         also need to help monitor DAC data load and assist in Informatica query tuning activities (team

·         member SMEs to provide training as required for Informatica, DAC and OBIEE)

·         Prior exposure to agile development cycles with monthly code drops will be an added advantage

·         Experience : 7+
