Long Term The key tasks to be performed by the dedicated reporting team include: - Data pulls, validation, and formatting
- Construction of analytical databases and business rules
- Report and KPI development and generation
- Statistical analysis to support ROI and SFE up to but not to exceed predictive analysis
Contract Staff will possess SAS programming skills, analytical modeling skills as well as the necessary business knowledge to add insight to the various analyses performed. The work to be performed to support Marketing Sciences may include the following:
- Gathering analytical project implementation requirements from Genentech managers and conducting associated analysis, per the guidance from the Marketing Science managers
- Accessing and combining large, multi-dimensional databases using SAS and SQL
- Writing SAS codes for process efficiency in projects
- Investigating differences inherent to the various patient claims and other Genentech databases
- Using knowledge in patient claims analytics for reporting claims activity across markets and products
- Accountable for deliverables from the dedicated data processing and reporting offshore team
- Providing project deliverables as requested by the Genentech Managers in fulfillment of the work outlined above
- Providing weekly project updates to their Genentech Reporting Manager and Business Unit heads
