Primary Responsibilities:

·         Actively perform IT and Non-IT recruiting by technically screening Clinical professionals and IT professionals.

·         Project Managers, Clinical Data Managers, Guidewire/ATG and all technologies.

·         Internet and job board searching, social networking, referrals etc, within assigned positions.

·         Identify the Client needs, priorities and then to recruit for the positions.

·         Complete and Maintain reports on a regular basis and as requested.

 

Primary Qualifications:

2+  years of Recruiting / Staffing.

Well organized, strategic thinker and relationship builder.
